34 POLE MOUNTAIN

WHY GO?

An epic Sonoma Coast hike. Beginning on grassy coastal bluffs with spectacular views, this hike eventually descends down to a redwood lined creek. It then makes a long ascent up to the summit of Pole Mountain, the highest peak on the Sonoma Coast. From the summit there are incredible vistas, reaching from the Pacific Ocean to the interior of Napa County and from Mendocino to Marin Counties.
